Our representative Jacob was very rude and condescending to us. When we saw problems with the paint job he acted like it was our problem and he couldn’t fix it. The manager was more than happy to help us though when we asked to speak with him. We had to ask for the trunk to be cleaned since it was all dusty when we inspected the car. Somethings should’ve been looked at before we got it back. Top coat had dripped in some places, and the trunk should’ve been cleaned since that’s where that put there stuff. My wife was very concerned about her car since she didn’t trust Jacob and they way he spoke to her. She left feeling less confident than when we first got there. Would not work with him again.
