The detail guy left scratches in the clear coat all over the car. Not unforseeable, but disappointing. The car appears to have been washed with unclean rags or was not sufficiently rinsed of debris with a hose prior to washing. The car had very little in the way of clear coat scratches because it has never been through an automatic car wash or cleaned carelessly. The difference is very noticeable on drivers side panels and on the hood.

Was called 40-minutes prior to pick-up that they were cleaning and it would be ready at 3 PM. I was there a couple of minutes early & it was waiting.
