the automated email updates were not helful. I would have preferred an option like "do you want to receive automated email updates on your car?" I may have been asked and said No, but still got them. They were not even accurate! Foe example, one said "your car is at halfway point, with expected completion on X day/time (five days in future). I then received a call saying car was done the following day.
