The bumper is defective. How could auto body repair professionals not notice that??? Why would a professional continue to install a defective bumper after it was noticed? Did they hope the owner wouldn't notice? Did not one single person notice the defective bumper the 2 and a half weeks they had it?
Also, either my battery was unhooked or went dead. Why did that happen? Was that in the report of everything they did? Did they document that they charged the battery or had to jump start it? That is the most recent things that I'm unsatisfied with, out of the several things!!!

I would like to know what purpose there was in driving my car ~275 miles while you had it, and why the carpets seem like they were shampooed.
The passenger side mirror no longer adjusts. Driver window opens and closes, but auto function is inop. The cruise control button light no longer illuminates. Running lights button no longer illuminates. VSA button inoperable. Passenger door lock motors were inop when we dropped off the car, but the rest of the electrical issues mentioned are new.
We probably wouldn't have noticed the extraordinary mileage if it weren't for the litany of things you broke in the process of repairing a door.

I am waiting to give the newly painted bumper so time to cure but appears everything looks good. Some marks were still there when getting the truck but I was assured they should go away and is just due to the black paint.
