While I understand that certain circumstances are beyond their control, the mechanic shop held up my repairs by two weeks! Their communication skills however in the main office were great. I always knew what was going on with my car and what to expect each week. I appreciated them going the extra mile and detailing my car. If I could give you guys a grade, I’d give you a B- . There is room for improvement.

Mackin’s service and quality was outstanding, as usual. The problem that we encountered was getting parts, which was delayed for two weeks, This wasn’t Mackin’s fault, and I think they worked very hard to do what they could within the constraints. The delay was the aspect of the service that I was unhappy with, but again that wasn’t Mackin’s fault.
