Before I took possession of my truck I decided to look it over . Here is where I noticed the following : rear corner lights did not match up with body, a cover which is part of the tailgate was taken off prior to getting it sprayed with bedliner paint in a way that there were pry marks on the metal cover, the bumper was crooked. I was able to fix the bumper by adding washers. In my opinion thise things should have been caught before giving it back to the customer. Shop is lacking quality control. They updated me frequently by text about the status of the repairs, which I really appreciated. I am also very happy with the great job they did with the repair. My car is back to looking like new.
