Its just a scheduling thing. Not knowing on a Friday afternoon whether or not I would need to pick my car up made me basically sit around and wait for your call which eventually did come 5 minutes after 5 saying it would not be ready which was too late for me to continue my other plans. I worked with Jonathan. He had great communication throughout my translation. At one point, I had concerns I wouldn't be able to pick up my car before they closed. He asked me if the morning worked better and it actually did. He came in early to make sure my car was completely done so I could drive away that morning. He saved me an additional 3 days of renting a vehicle. Mackin's is very lucky to have Jonathan on their team!
