I wasn't too happy that the final cost was almost twice the estimate, and I wasn't told that until I picked up the vehicle. I knew there had been extra work done, but I wasn't told the cost.
Also, when I first arrived, I waited for a long time, and finally had to ask someone to help me, as no one checked to see if I was being helped.
