Patty did an amazing job as the first contact and following up. She was right on the mark and in phone conversations with our USAA rep, we found she was a trusted and respected member of your team. The crew that worked on the car did a first-rate job. The fitment and paint is great. Oh, and the detailing at the end was a nice touch. The car came out cleaner than when it went in.
