Titus Will Collision Center did an excellent job. I was very pleased when my car was returned before the date that they quoted it would be repaired by. I know my car very well and I can't even make out where the repairs were done. It looks just as it did prior to being damaged.

Everything from the first call to make an appointment for an estimate to the e-mail updates went smooth and was very much appreciated. We had the most contact with Bruce Lewis. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. I appreciate that he did not try to sell, sell, sell, but instead talked us through each step of the process. He made sure when the "how long" question came up that we understood the many factors that had an impact on that answer. He even showed us the parts diagram and explained what parts could only be looked at "after" the teardown, and might, or might not, be damaged. This was extremely helpful to me.

You and your team did an awesome job repairing the damaged BMW--it looks brand new! Only one suggestion, it would of been nice if someone would of escorted us to the vechicle and performed a walk around with us. We noted that the front license plate was missing; right front passenger panel needed to be adjusted and it was out of gas. Other than that, we thank you on a job well done!!!
