The whole process from filing the claim with my insurance company (USAA,
which was quick) to getting this "straightforward" repair done took
much too much time, mainly because of scheduling issues and
changes by you (Titus) after I had committed to use you with my
insurance company. If I had been aware of the delays I certainly
would have selected somewhere else and plan to do so if I have
need of future insurance work.
