Firstly, Tony was a great person to deal with, very polite and customer centric.
The issue is in the logistics of meeting the proposed pick up date. Errors included incorrect part delivery, and missing faulty components that needed replacing, thus new orders placed and delays in receiving parts. This ended up doubling the initial estimate.

Front desk ladies were cursing while discussing personal matters. I was sitting in the waiting area with my toddler son. This is completely unprofessional. Car has an nauseating smell like paint or adhesive that does not seem to be going away. Also left voicemail for representative to call me back regarding rough texture of the door panel trim (possible excess glue/adhesive when it was reattached??) and I have yet to receive a call back.
