The people are very friendly and the worked looked really great. Bonus, surprised by the car being vaccum out especially since the work was done on the outside. :)

A closure meeting to show me what you did to repair my car was an opportunity missed. The driver who brought the car up knew nothing about it...he was just a driver. I looked at the door and side panel.read your invoice. got into my car and left. I told the driver the car looked good. Would have been better customer service for a knowledgeable staff person to represent your business and the repairs while looking at the car as part of an exit briefing.
