They broke the part in my car tried to hide it. Then they wanted to bill my insurance company for an hour of time to install the part. We did it in the parking lot in less than 5 minutes including removing and replacing the seats. Banks is running scams on insurance companies.

It took 4 weeks to get my car fixed and while I understand the delays had to do with delays in parts delivery it would have been nice if I were informed of the delays. It is irritating to have to initiate the calls to understand about the delays.
