My overall experience at banks Chevrolet collision center was decent my car looked wonderful in the end all repairs were done correctly the only problem that I had overall was the time that I was estimated for my car to be completed was way off of what actually happened I was given seven days for the car to be completed and then when I went to pick up the car they told me it would be an additional seven days to complete the car . They should be better about their time estimates. People rely on their cars and when you give them a specific time they rely on having their car back at that time not one week later

I love the fact that they were quick and easy. The text message system they have to give you progress is fantastic! I pick up my rental and dropped it off at the same place! They even vacuum my car. Very AMAZING!!!

upon closer examination of your repairs, the wrong parking lenses was replaced, the hood alignment had to be corrected when I picked up the car, the turn signal light was out, I was told that the car was ready and drove 50 miles round trip to find out that it was not ready.Banks did compensate me for the wasted trip, and I am thankful. Also a replacement part that was ordered did not come in and I requested that the part be shipped to my home. I had to argue with the Geico rep. about the parking light assembly,(since the original rep. was out sick) I was told that the assembly would be replaced.Call me, we'll talk.
