The work was great and people were very friendly and courteous but the quote I got compared to the price I ended up paying was not the same. I was quoted $929 for the repair and the invoice was $****,067. Since this was a direct pay invoice I am having to deal with the insurance company to get reimbursed. Very annoying.

Not one time while my vehicle was being repaired did I receive any updates/status of my repair process. I had to contact the insurance company to get updates/details. When I called your organization, the service representative was busy, with other customers you name it, and the other reps were not able to give me any information.
