The one complaint I have is that I was not contacted like I was told I would be on the progress of my car once I took it back the second time. I then called myself only to be told I would be contacted shortly. I wasn't so called a back again and then was on hold for 15 min and no one ever picked up. The store closed shortly after and never heard anything till the morning

It took 10 days longer than promised. There were 2 things wrong with it after it was delivered. We still have to make an appointment for the alignment which was never fixed. The people i dealt with were so nice and professional, but thats the only possitive aspect of my experience.

This was my first time coming to your facility. From beginning to end I was absolutely satisfied with the service and attention I received. Tyler was professional, efficient and courteous. He explained everything, got me into a rental and sent text alerts letting me know the progress of my repairs. To my surprise, I was able to pick my vehicle up in less than 48 hours! I spoke with William prior to picking up my vehicle. He told me that I could pick up my car as early as 7:30 a.m.This was very convenient. I arrived at 7:30 a.m., dropped off my rental, closed out my paperwork and was back on the road, on my way to work by 7:40 a.m.
The repairs were not only well done, but my car was freshly washed and vacuumed. I will definitely recommend Hersons to my family, friends and colleagues.
