I took my Tesla back to Unibody after I noticed an issue with the paint in the seam between the front hood and the right fender. Unibody agreed that it needed to be addressed and went ahead and did the touch-up. I very much appreciated their response.

Very disappointed with poor planning of my repair. Late communication of delays, terrible quality control with delivery of my car after 10 months with misaligned panels and paint runs which I had to point out. Most of all my request to speak to owner and waiting 20 minutes after which I was told owner would contact me later which he never did. Overall terrible experience and I will never recommend Unibody to anyone.

Quality of repairs was excellent, but pre car drop off was poor given a one month delay from original car drop off date. Ouch! I feel that the part person dropped the **** on this one.
