Not Richie’s fault, but my vehicle was never repaired and was totaled while it was in their possession. I was without a vehicle for two months before the decision was made to total my car.

It took to long. I understand that there can be problems like with parts but y’all had my car for **** month. I told y’all that I had to have my car inspected so I could get my sticker but I didn’t get it back till Dec 1st so since it wasn’t done in Nov. I had to pay extra to get my sticker. Not happy about that ????
I know how it works especially since my insurance is paying, that’s why my repairs took so long. My car stayed in the fence behind your building for a long time.It was $2200 estimated damage but cost over $3000 when it was done. Well it doesn’t matter now, I finally have my car back & that’s what matters.
