They were unaware that They didn’t even have my vehicle at their shop for about 5 days. We thought it was there and the lady answering the phone told me it was there, just hadn’t been estimated yet but my car was still at the tow yard racking up hella storage fees. Just frustrating when you need to get things moving so I could find another car or rental so I could have transportation sooner.

The inside handle to close my hatch is damaged and it was in perfect shape before I left it at the shop. Also at the bottom of the hatch, a big chunk of paint is missing. This was a piece that was replaced.
