The handwritten form that I signed when I delivered my car said that scratches would be removed from the front bumper (not part of the bumper). When we picked up the car only one side of the bumper with the major dent had been repaired. The work that was done was of good quality. The printed report stated only the side of the bumper with damage was repaired and painted with a .6 hour reduction in price for the partial refinish. I think that this should have been mentioned before work was done. It appears that for $26.40 in additional labor charges the entire bumper could have been painted. It was explained to us when we picked the car up that this is what insurance companies do, but it could have been communicated to us ahead of time. We had no reason to think only part of the bumper would be painted.
