Over spray and outside on repaired area unfinished cleaning. I had to leave my Jeep an extra day just to clean. I was not happy having to reload my equipment back into the rental after loading my Jeep.

Fog lights were loose on picking up car.and now have to take car back on another day off to deal with this. The assesor at beginning was blunt and not helpful. After an accident you dont need to feel like crap. Notified usaa i was unhappy. Wont recommend at this point. Sorry but fix your staff issues.
