Handle part of trunk was loose. XM radio antenna was moved and wire not replaced correctly. On a positive note car was completed one week earlier than original estimate. Zack was very helpful and kept us informed of progress.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the car. Interior had shoe marks and scuffs. It looked as though a driver and passenger drove it back from the dealer, but never cleaned up after themselves. Radio was loud when I turned on the car, and set to a hip hop station. Not very professional in my opinion. Exterior was washed, but you can tell the car was sitting outside a while as raindrops and dust accummulated. Also, there was bird droppings.
I was also disappointed that my air dam was not installed as I requested. They requested I return when they receive the air dam, which is highly inconvenient for me to return my car there again.

I came to you because I have been going to Jim & Jacks for over 30 years, I had a new neighbor tell me not to go to you due to his experience, but I chose to go anyway. Your customer Svce reps are well trained, & very pleasant & kind but for a 3-4 day job (I was told) they kept my car for 14 days with many excuses, finally I called my Farmers agent to get my car back or I still wouldn't have it back. I picked up my car drove 10 min. home and the next morning my battery was totally dead; so I waited over an hour before your man came and started it for me and told me to not turn it off for well over a half hour. This being over xmas, I refused to drive to SFO in a "rental" car so I had to miss our family xmas this year. My car looks good and Sam was very attentive, but he couldn't make things happen, obviously I won't be a returned customer, which is so sad compared to the way Jim & Jack ran the business years ago.
