Somewhat dissatisfied for the following reasons: ****) Headliner trim piece that houses reading lamps was gouged and stained. Given your group performs function checks there’s no way someone would have NOT caught that and yet it was turned over to the customer this way. Really unsat. Accidents happen with this type of work. I get it. Just please make it right by offering to repair or replace. This part was not damaged when I brought it in therefore I wouldn’t expect it to be damaged when I pick it up. 2) Multiple small stains on the headliner. Again... I get it, this is difficult work, and it’s a trade off for the colustomer with regards to labor costs and how cautious you can be to avoid stains, etc. I’m going to try and clean these myself, but this is just one of several things - especially considering the above - that have left me somewhat dissatisfied. 3) My passenger side car seat cover was stained with what appears to be grease. Thank God for car seat covers, but again... it didn’t come in this way. I will pull the cover and clean myself with Woolite because that’s what’s required. Hopefully it will come out. 4) I brought the vehicle in for two repairs - ****) damage to the roof/top hatch AND damage to the 2) passenger rear LOWER quarter panel. I clearly made this known to Niko. He even took pictures! So I was really amazed that when I came to pick up the vehicle only one of the repairs (the roof and hatch) had been made. Apparently there was some miscommunication. Recommendation for process improvement: place small pieces of tape on the areas to be repaired when the customer brings in the vehicle. Perhaps this way the guys in the shop won’t get confused. 5) The completion date was pushed three times, which didnt really bother me - I wanted the job done right, but when combined with some of the other findings... ehhh... it just leaves me less then satisfied. Honestly, the gouged trim piece is the one, at present, that bugs me the most. I think the staining I can work on and/or live with. Other than the above, the guys were very professional. Your manager that runs this location is excellent, so I’m confident he’ll reengage with me when he reads this review.

I am writing to express my displeasure in the way I was notified or not notified about a delay in the repair of my Nissan Parhfinder. I realize “things happen,” but this morning around 9 AM I received a text saying I would be CALLED if there were any delays from the original completion time of 4 PM this afternoon. At 4:19 PM after I had already dropped off the rental car, because I had not been notified of any delays...I received a text not a call that the car would be ready on 20 May at 4:40 PM. The shop is not even open on Sundays. I called Advanced Collision to verify that there was a delay, and was told a part had not arrived to complete the repair. In a mad dash, I go back to the rental car place and contact USAA, because you all had not updated USAA on the status of the repair either, and fortunately Enterprise still had a vehicle available even though it was busy with weekend rentals.

I'm completely satisfied with the repairs, but not happy about how long it took because the repair time was extended multiple times. Also, when I received my car after completion I had unexplained cracks on my windshield that were not present before or after my accident.
