I was very upset that Advance Collision was asking me if Farmers insurance had sent me a check for repair. I should not have to be the middle man between repair and insurance. I was made to feel if I had done something wrong when the right person to be questioning was Farmers. The representative from Asvance collision told me I should pay every dime before leaving with my vehicle because they had not received a check. I was in an accident, no fault of mine. The other guys insurance was responsible for every dime. Yet I felt like I had done something wrong. Very disappointed.

There was some kind of clear coat over spray on the rear passenger side window that I had to use a razor blade to get off. And small scratches on the rear hatch door near the repair area from their buffing wheel. The car was parked so the area was shaded and was unable to see them when I picked the car up.
