Hello, While I was in the unique situation of living far from Redding. Hild did a great job of keeping me updated on their repair progress. When we picked up our car, it looked brand new. They went above and beyond in the detail department and thoroughly cleaned our car to level of clean we hadn't experienced since driving off the lot 7 years ago. When, a few days later, I discovered that the middle rear seatbelt was non-functional, I called Arlen and he took care of the problem by offering to pay for the repair back in my hometown of Klamath Falls. I am more than pleased with Hild's commitment to customer service and would recommend Hild to anyone needing body work done in the Redding area.

2) The repairs were not complete when I got my car back - 2 parts were still back ordered.
Other than that, the work that was done seems to be excellent. The appearance of the car seems to be good as new. I'm very happy with the repairs.
