Steve Fuller went out of his way to get my car finished before the weekend. I had a trip planned. It was a long shot, but he made it happen. I am grateful that your employees are working during this horrendous fire season. Poor air quality is a lot to contend with. Caitlain was efficient and professional managing the front desk. Everyone we dealt with we friendly and helpful. I picked up the car ready to head back to my home in Alturas, got on the road to realize that the lights on the dash were on saying tire pressure needed to be checked and that the light for the windshield wipers needed to be checked. So then next step is to find a gas station that actually has air and water to be able to fill up. Of course that took several tries because so many stations don’t have the basic of water and air. It just seems like I shouldn’t have to do that. Especially because both tires and windshield wiper reservoir were involved in our repair.

I was devastated when I hit the deer. Only had the car for 35 days and about 500 miles. Jason made me feel good about leaving the car and when it was time to pick it up on a Friday, he spent time with me going over the repair.
