I had ask for a additional back bumper on drivers side deep scratch be addressed but it was't and some of the areas i was told might be buffed out were not. I had asked the bumper be reviewed, but when i picked up the car it had not been done. I picked up the car but was disappointed at the time. I still want this done and would like a estimate. Ernie S

Picked up my car and there were scratches on the paint around the rear roof where I had the rear spoiler painted. Then Jerrad told me that they don’t put stuff on the top of the car or leave anything up there….well guess what Jerrad, somebody did the day you guys repaired it, otherwise the scratches wouldn’t be there. Like literally not a little scratch either, it literally needs to be buffed and polished. I guess that’s what $840 (and that was out of my pocket, not insurance) gets you, an unsatisfactory job, thanks guys! Not to mention, your tech guys couldn’t get the fitement correct when reinstalling the hood scoop that was repainted too.

Excellent repair at a reasonable price. Fast turnaround time. And, I'm not sure how it's possible but my car came back looking better than when it went in. The hand wash they do before returning it to the customer must be something else. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The insurance company made the decision to declare my 1998 land rover should not be repaired but scrapped. I know quite a bit about repairs on cars and I can see that the Land Rover is repairable. I bought the rover new and don’t want to get rid of it. Burnside body shop told me to go back and talk to the insurance company and see if they could reevaluate the payment. I’m in the process of doing that and I think I will be successful. I will then take the LandRover. Back to Burnside to be repaired. I like their work very much. Ron Boudreau, Modesto, California.
