The vehicle was not completed before I turned in my rental and I was asked to pick the vehicle up at 5:30 pm at closing. I signed for the vehicle and when it was brought out to me I pointed out damage that was still visible, at first I was told “we did work to the other side correct” after pointing out no it was the passenger he walked to the driver side to take a look at the area and said “yea your right it was the passenger” was asked to drop the vehicle off the following week. Than I made a note that the vinyl/plastic door protectors were missing from the passenger side and the technician says “your vehicle didn’t have those” walks to the driver side sees that they are on and says oh ok we’ll fix that next week. I called the following week to make an appointment and was literally told by the same guy I don’t need one it just come in and it will take less than an hour or 2 to fix my vehicle and I could just wait for it.
