Brought the car in on Wednesday. I was told they thought it would not be as expensive as originally quoted if I didn’t mind it looking 90% instead of 100%. I agreed assuming I could always have the work redone.
I picked the car up on Friday as promised and was pleased that the repair looked better than 90%. Good work and nice not to be upsold on repair.

I discovered Botta's Auto Body quite by accident and couldn't have been luckier. Mike and his team repaired my car in less than ****/2 the time and at ****/2 the cost of an estimate I'd received from a Big Name repair shop. Instead of replacing the body part at great cost, they actually repaired the damage. These guys are artisans and sculptors and consumate professionals. Not to mention, everyone was friendly and nice. When you tried to stretch the areas treated, nothing was said about the fact that I would have to pay for the work if AAA did not. I did figure that out and I have no complaint about about paying for the work, but it would have felt better if I had been warned about your adding a charge at the time when the try was brought up.
