I was told by my insurance company (American Family) that Pinkey’s wasn’t in their “network”. I called Ricky and he assured me they were. I have to be at work early so Ricky met me at the shop very early one morning and took pictures and started the paperwork process for my repair. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. So simple. Later that day, Ricky called me and told me that I could drop my truck off the following Monday for repairs to begin. Initial time estimate was about two weeks. Dropped the truck off on Monday and to my surprise, I got an email on Thursday saying the car would be done the next day. I came the next day around lunch to find my truck parked right out front looking better than when I bought it. The repair was flawless, and the truck had been detailed inside and out. The front office guys, especially Ricky did a tremendous job, and thanks to the skills of the body technician, my truck is sparkling. Can’t wait to go get it dirty in the woods this weekend!
