It is difficult to look over my car outside in this cold weather and would have liked to have been in your garage doing so. I asked for my hatchback door latch to be checked as it sometimes gets stuck when trying to open it and for the inside release for the gas tank cover to be checked as there had been rust on it but cleaned off yet sometimes requires a couple of pulls before the outside cover opens. Rental cars should come with remote controls so a frozen lock is not an issue. Two and a half hours were wasted while I was in the freezing cold trying to get the lock to work so I could pick up my car before you closed. During the time I used the car I could not access the trunk or back doors. I was glad you delivered my car to me and it appears to look well repaired as I expected it would since you have done good work with cars which we have taken to you through the years. Susan S
