Car was not washed up like they said they do still wax residue on it . I asked for an estimate outside of the repairs on the car to repaint the hood and front fenders, damage caused by road chips and the paint was bubbling up on left edge corner. I was told the bubbling up was rust.....turns out the hood is aluminum on that car !. I found out after I picked it up and took it to the Cadillac dealer. I wanted to get this taken care of but if I can’t get an accurate estimate because I was told it was on the high side due to the rust, then should I take it elsewhere ?

Brought my Jeep in on Feb 11th for them to look at, told it would take approx. 4 days if I dropped it on a Monday. Made an appt. for 2 WEEKS later. Dropped it off on a Monday got called on Tuesday and the bumper, which they knew they needed 2 weeks ago, was back ordered. My 4 days turned in to 10. Lost 2 days of work because I didn't have my 4 wheel drive. Did a nice job, my Jeep looks great but not happy that they were unprepared to when they should have known what was needed. It wasn't like it was something unexpected. It was the bumper, plainly visible.
