Overall great experience. Needed the car back earlier than expected and they managed to finished everything in time. Also, it was very unexpected that they would clean and wash the car. Great touch!

My car was hit and the drivers insurance company referred me to Fuller Auto Body. I wasn’t sure about trusting another insurance copy’s referral because I was afraid they would go with a cheap shop. It was refreshing to have a staff friendly and truly do what they could to repair my vehicle. The paint job Fuller did was done well - no orange peel and they surprised me by detailing my vehicle. I will definitely be going back to have them do some cosmetics on my vehicle where I have scratched it.

Car looks great, they replaced the wrong tail light, however they will fix that mistake for me. They were very apologetic about the error, not a huge mistake. I would definitely send people there for repairs.
