The car was not fIxed when you said it was. Then I gave the car again and this time the door did not close properly. I was stuck in a shopping mall with a door that does not close. Your solution - call me on Monday. So no the service wasn't satisfactory.

David was very friendly and accommodating. The work was done quickly and with great quality. We just had one small misunderstanding, which might have been my fault. I was expecting to get an explicit confirmation that parts had arrived and I could drop my car off. He assumed I would be dropping my car off on a pre-determined date.
Also, one other nitpick - I didn't find the e-mails to be that useful. Lots of fluff e-mails. Hardly any substantive e-mails...
Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience, though, and would recommend this shop to my friends.
