This process for getting my car repaired was as easy as I could possibly imagine. Danny and Kevin were great to work with - friendly, helpful and responsive to all questions. The shop and waiting area were unbelievably clean. The workmanship is excellent. They did an outstanding job. There's no evidence of any damage to my car. Plus they buffed out a couple of extra spots for free and washed my car- awesome. My only issue- and this is not really a Pan American issue- is the condition of the Hertz rental car. Having Hertz onsite is a huge plus, and the Hertz rep there was courteous and helpful- and gave me my choice of vehicle. However the car was dirty inside (tissues and dirt on floor...crumbs on the seats) and outside. That was kind of disappointing. I was told that there's no facility to clean the cars there- but then how did Pan American wash and vacuum my car? Anyway, this was not a major inconvenience but I think it would improve the customer experience to provide clean rentals, especially given all the high-end vehicles that customers are bringing into the shop. Make sure Hertz doesn't affect your stellar reputation.
