I was sastisfied with your shop because the employees work here very nice, they contact me to upgrade information about my car's part while my car was waiting for the part from dealer. My car was repaired beautifully. Excellent job. The only problem was status communication. I received the initial email saying that I would receive status updates. By the day of estimated completion I had not received any updates and I had to call to find out that the additional repair was required and completion would be two days later.
