This is the second time Grove Body Shop has fixed my old 2004 CRV. They have never failed me! Ken has been very professional, helpful, and courteous. He's walked me through the entire process and explained what to expect. They gave me regular updates of the progress of my vehicle plus a courtesy call for final pick up. Their staff did an Excellent job on my bumper on both times it was damaged from MVA. It looks like my vehicle has never been hit! Thanks to the entire team of Grove Body Shop! God bleed you all!

The dent repair was outstanding. Updates were good. My only issue was after I got home I noticed a noise in the door. The black door stop arm was making a clicking noise. The nuts had not been properly tightened. I fixed it myself.
