Treated me like a “neighbor”

Not a good experience dealing with the service

I was thrilled that they were able to fix the turn signal light that was difficult to access. Reasonable and friendly service.

They lack in communication. When I dropped off my car for estimates, I was told I would be called later in the day with the price, but never got a call. I had to call them that day to request the estimate. When I picked up my car, I was told they would call me about when I can drop off my car for repair. They never called. The only reason I knew they had scheduled me because I got a text saying my appointment for the car’s estimate was cancelled. I called and asked why it was cancelled and that’s when I was told because they had to cancel that appointment in order for them to schedule a different appointment for me. But never was I informed of the day and time for repairs if I hadn’t called them about the cancelled previous appointment. I also got a voicemail saying my car may be ready on Friday and if it gets finished sooner, they will call me. I NEVER got a call If it was actually ready for pick up. I picked up my car on Monday. Then my insurance emailed me asking why my rental was returned late because apparently, the rental company was informed that my car was ready on Thursday. Had they called me on Thursday as they said they would (since it is the day sooner than the tentative finish date), I would have picked up my car then.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, quick turn around times, and GREAT WORK! This is the most professional body shop I have used in Alameda. They were on top of every aspect of the repair. They ordered the parts before I dropped off the car so they could get started right away. They kept me updated about any new discoveries on the car. Here's my favorite, they had my car completed 3 days before i was expecting it to be. I should also mention that they did great work! Thanks to Kevin and his team !!!!! Don D.

Very happy with the customer service and paint job. Had our bumper and panel replaced. There are two very tiny pre-existing silver paint chips right above the repaired area. Would have been nice if they could have simply touched that up or asked if we wanted that touched up to make it all look nice and complete, would have been a nice business gesture. But other than that, very satisfied. Thank you for your service.
