Marcus the claims and bodyshop adjuster for my vehicle serviced was very welcoming and understanding of my cars needs and put my input first. He was very knowledgeable on what to do for the vehicle and went all out to get the job done and completed.

It was very clear that different employees have different levels of competence in communication. For example, there was an instance where I called in and was told that the shop would follow up, which never happened. When one particular individual and I conversed, there was follow up and all loops were closed.
