I was very impressed with how awesome the team was. During this time when there is a pandemic they were all so nice and friendly. They all had their masks on and practiced social distancing. I was very pleased with how I was treated. I brought a vehicle into Auto Art two years ago and recently noticed the paint that had been applied was looking faded.
The Auto Art representative took one look at the vehicle and told me it was covered completely by their warranty. I was given a free rental vehicle and the car was returned within a couple of days.
The Customer Service people are genuinely interested in making the customer feel welcomed. They even stayed late the evening I picked up the car. Great experience. I have already recommended them to a neighbor, who was asking for a referral through the Nextdoor app. Thanks for backing up the warranty without any hesitation!
