My experirnce from start to finish was excellent. They attend to me quickly and had me on my way in less time than I expected.
Dan who helped me out was friendly and patient. He also kept me updated on the work being done.

I was told the car would be ready at 4:30. We arrived at 4:40 thinking it'd be ready for pick up but it was not. We waited an hour for it to "get washed." I had plenty to do that evening and I could have used the hour I wasted waiting for the car. I didn't realize this until later that night, but the left headlight is not working. Since it had front end work done, there is no excuse for something so simple to be overlooked. Now I have to make another trip to East Los taking more time from work. It's frustrating.

The process was very fast which was great. The repair was great. The paint matched well.
My only gripe would be to be more updated with each step. For example, I thought I would be notified of the cost to repair before repairs began. That is just what I am used to.
