This was my first visit to Brotman Autobody. I believe the work was done properly. I dealt with Dan who was very pleasant and courteous at all times and the work was completed in the time promised. I also appreciated the fac that Enterprise Rental was right there so I did not waste my time renting a car. Hopefully not, but if I ever have to again, I will surely go to Brotman Autobody. Before I even stepped into the office, I was impressed with the size of the entire facility. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and I was quickly helped. The representative, Dan, quickly looked over my truck and showed a great level of expertise. The mechanics also came over and were able to identify problem areas that weren't easily noticeable to the untrained eye. This shows their years of experience, which is what leads to producing top quality work. And top quality was delivered. Dan promised a level of quality but over-delivered.
