The repairs that were done were great. Here is my BUT. You had my car for 5 months (maybe not you specifically but bob bell as a whole). When I called for status updates because 5 months is not normal, people in the office made it seem like I was bothering them. The only helpful people the entire time was Autumn and the man I picked up my car from which I thinks name was Ron? Then, once I finally did pick my car up I found it to still be filthy and have glass on the backseat still. When I called i think Ron, he was very helpful and got me an appointment to get back in and drop my car off the following Tuesday to be detailed. Once that was done I was definitely completely happy with my car. The time frame and having to borrow others cars because my insurance stopped paying for a rental after 45 days was my only complaint. Glad to finally have my vehicle back!

Due to issues between the insurance agent and Bob Bell employees , my car release was held up for an extended period of time; which was costly and frustrating to me. When finally released, my car seems to be in perfect condition, for which I am grateful!

I was actually very disappointed with my entire experience. Starting from how long it would take to get into the shop in Glen Burnie, to then find out that there was a brand new girl starting for the first day and she was late. No one was there to train her and then she informed me that no one even repaired cars at this location anymore. My car would be picked up and towed to Nissan on Eastern Avenue. There was quite a delay in the amount of time before they could actually look at my car. What started out as a $900 bumper repair ended up with an over $11,000 worth of damage totaling my car. This went between the General and Erie. Then when Erie insurance went to pay the final bill of $2600, for absolutely no work being done to the car, I ended up losing $640 of my pay out because Bob Bell over charge for storage and a processing admin fee. Erie informed me they had never seen a charge for that or the daily premium that high that you charge for keeping the car there. So no, I was not happy with my experience at Bob Bell.
