Zach was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely communicative with the entire process and worked hard to make sure everything was repaired in accordance with all of my requests.

Mr. Ben I think his name was very helpful and got my vehicle expedited and finished faster. But a whole month to get done with the repair was a little ridiculous. I understand things happen, I know my insurance company had to come and look at the car for the additional charge, items coming damaged and having to wait for another piece but all this could have been avoided if they kept me in the loop or communicated everything with me every week or so. Did not have to be everyday but let me know what’s going on. State Farm was able to do it. No offense but calllng me won’t really make a difference I’m just happy they fixed my car and it looks like it did before the accident

I have no bad thoughts about bob bell collosion. The staff was very helpful, knowledgable and patient. I was educated on things about my vehicle I did not even see. I appreciate everything the staff did for me. Even something as small as telling me enterprise would pick me up when I first turned my vehicle in and telling me they would also pick the rent a car up at bob bell which was a convenience for me.
