Brian Tyler was a really great service advisor. He got all my information promptly and is extremely friendly. When I found out I needed the rental car last minute, he called the insurance to make sure I get a referral number and it was paid for. I also liked that he called me to let me know that my car was finished. Very satisfied with Service King and Brian Tyler.

The online status and text updates were not always in sync with what I was hearing on the phone.
The parts needed took a solid week to arrive. I would expect a big shop like this to have a faster delivery time.
