When handling phone calls, receptionist needs to focus more attention on getting answers to customer questions. There should be a quick-reference status board re vehicle repair status so she can provide that answer quickly instead of forwarding the call to a service advisor not sitting by their phone. My question was answered two hours later upon the service advisor’s arrival into the office. The text messages re repair status is a nice touch but the reporting fell off at 2/3 complete that is why I called. The completion date shifted to the right four days.

Our car had been prepped to paint and one of the parts wouldn’t fit so there was a delay in getting it back. Service King paid for our rental because of the delay, although it was not their fault. That’s great service in my book!

Two things were to be done, and both were on the paperwork. Paint the roof and the wiper arms. Roof was painted but not the arms. Went to pick it up and the roof was so dirty you couldn’t see if it was painted. So they washed it...then we all noticed including the **** that it needed to be buffed out as it had water spots on the new paint job due to someone doing something wrong after it came out of the booth. There is over spray on the sunroof which has to be addressed. And the worse thing is now there are scratches on the tailgate which weren’t there before. I am dropping the vehicle back off next Tuesday for all of these issues to be addressed
