My experience with Paceline was easy there was no stress. They were very professional with their jobs. They all were courtesy and polite to me. As far as the repair itself everything was fine and everyone was nice. However it’s very disappointing and concerning that upon picking my vehicle up that it wouldn’t start and once I got it home it wouldn’t start again. I was not having this trouble before dropping it off and leaving it in their care. Of course they said they had issues but I wasn’t notified about there being any issues with it the whole time my vehicle was there. So it’s a bit concerning to me not to mention I’d rather have a running vehicle so although the dent is fixed it doesn’t turn on and I wasn’t dealing with this prior to dropping it off. So idk needless to say I’m stuck at home with 5 children and a vehicle that won’t start and all I know is that this was NOT happening before the repair.

There was two claims put in for one repair, since there was two claims I had to close out one repair claim before they would start on the second, this took time on my end and there, the customer care individual was rude as he said if I did not close out one claim that they would take a long time in doing the second claim. so I paid the first so that they could start the second with out the first being done. this is just not how to do business with customers.

overall getting my car fixed was very fast pace and accurate only thing i didn’t like is that their workers cannot be trusted with valuables. i had something stolen out of my car that i had forgot was in there and didn’t remember until i had dropped my car off to be repaired. other than that the service was nice.
