Thank you once again for rescuing my Range Rover from Pride on Oxnard. I realize that you're associated with them, but their customer service and outright lies have convinced me that if Ford Auto Body cannot do the repair, that I will find someone other than Pride. Perhaps you should send Monica and Maria down to that location to give them proper training in what customer service should be.
