The repair took longer than expected car was in the shop for almost four months my ETA kept changing after a while I stopped getting an ETA and instead got emails saying Ford will update you. I was also told once my insurance stopped covering my rental Ford would cover it however they later told me they wouldn't cover it that long even though it was taking them forever to fix my car

I understand that it took almost three months to complete, but once I drove off the lot I heard something in my tire. I parked and noticed a bolt stuck in between. Luckily, it didn’t evolve into a puncture. Right now, I’m noticing my car’s engine doesn’t stop when I stop but it should since it is a Hybrid.
