The quality of their work is OUTSTANDING - repair looks exactly like original. In addition, their interaction with their customers is without equal and has been on the several times I used CARSTAR services in the past. If you need their repair services there is none better.

The Carstar staff were on top of it--friendly and competent! The car looked amazing after the fix both inside and out. They care about their work. Unfortunately, the partnership with Enterprise reflects poorly on Carstar. I waited an hour for a clean rental (which the sullen manager had to clean herself while The new hire surfed his phone. There was no washer fluid in the rental and the xm radio didn't work. My one suggestion to Carstar would be to consider partnering with a different car rental company.
